The JTB-507 Rebar Anchoring Adhesive is a two-component modified epoxy adhesive used primarily for chemical anchoring, bolt fastening, crack repair, and various concrete structural reinforcement applications. It is widely employed in building construction, highway repair and emergency rehabilitation projects.
• Safe & non-toxic
• Acid & alkali resistant
• Waterproof & aging resistant
• High heat resistance, non-creep
• Seismic resistant
• Strengthening and reinforcing concrete, rock, and masonry;
• Anchoring machinery foundations and structural modifications or extensions;
• Reinforcing building frames with rebar implantation;
• Anchoring curtain wall supports and steel structures to concrete;
• Fixing equipment bases, elevated road sound barriers, and guardrails;
• Securing tunnel pipelines, shear wall rebar, and repairing concrete pavements
• Positioning and measurement: According to the engineering design requirements, drill holes at the corresponding positions on the base material. The hole diameter, depth and diameter of the reinforcing bars should be determined based on the construction design requirements or on-site experiments.
• Substrate preparation: The inner wall of the drilled hole should be brushed clean with a hard-bristled brush and the dust blown out to ensure that the hole is dry and clean. The steel bars should be free of oil stains and rust and wiped clean with acetone.
• Construction: Use a glue gun to inject the glue from the bottom of the hole. It is important to ensure that the air inside the hole is expelled and the glue is injected to fullness.
• When planting rebar, rotate and press the rebar in until it reaches the bottom of the hole, keeping the rebar perpendicular to the base material. The reinforcing bars must not be shaken before curing.
• Curing: Wait for the adhesive to cure according to the ambient temperature. After complete curing, load installation can be carried out.
Packaging Specification: Two‑component drums, with Component A 15 kg and Component B 5 kg.
Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry and well‑ventilated warehouse.
