JTB Acrylic Emulsion Mortar is a polymer-modified cement mortar composed of two components: a polymer emulsion and inorganic powder. It is a new type of concrete composite material that combines the adhesion properties of polymer materials with the durability of inorganic materials.
• High Penetration & Crack Resistance
• High Compressive Strength & Fast Curing
• Reliable Alkali & UV Resistance
• Easy Application on Damp Surfaces
• Eco-Friendly
• Repair and strengthening of concrete defects such as honeycombs, voids, and exposed reinforcement.
• Protection and repair of hydraulic structures against abrasion, corrosion, and freeze-thaw damage.
• Anti-corrosion protection and repair for concrete or steel structures in chemical plants, oil refineries, and ports.
• Repair and wear protection for concrete structures in highways, bridges, airports, power plants, tunnels, and mines.
• Application for steel wire mesh (prestressed steel strand) construction.
• Surface preparation: Clean and level the substrate surface. The sharp areas at the corners should be ground smooth without any phenomena such as sanding or hollowing. Rinse with a water gun to keep it moist, but be sure there is no standing water.
• Application of interface treatment agent: When bonding at the interface, the JTB Interface Bonding Agent can be pre-applied.
• Material preparation: Weigh the emulsion to powder in a ratio of 1:4, stir thoroughly and evenly. The stirring time is approximately 3 minutes.
• Construction: When the paving area is large, mechanical spraying can be used and the construction can be carried out in sections.
• Curing: The mortar layer after construction must be cured for 7 days.
Packaging specification: Mortar: packed in composite kraft paper bags, 25 kg per bag; Emulsion: packed in plastic drums, 5 kg per drum (two packaging specifications available).
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse. Do not expose to direct sunlight or rain. In winter, take precautions to prevent freezing.
Shelf life: 6 months from the date of production. Beyond the shelf life, the product should be re-inspected and found qualified before use.
Wear a dust mask, safety goggles, and protective gloves during application;
In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water. Seek medical treatment promptly if symptoms are severe.
