JTB Polymer Repair Mortar is specially developed for surface repair of high-strength concrete structures. This mortar possesses the high strength properties of inorganic cement-based repair mortars, as well as the good toughness, adhesion and crack resistance of polymer mortars. It is particularly suitable for surface defect repair of box girders with C50 or above and track plates with C55 or above on high-speed railway passenger lines.
• Early & high strength
• Waterproof & impermeable
• High bonding strength
• Applicable on damp substrates
• Eco-friendly
• Reliable weather resistance
• Repair of surface defects on high-strength concrete for high-speed rail box girders & track slabs;
• Surface repair of other high-strength concrete structures
• Surface Preparation: Remove the defects on the surface of the box beam and track slab, remove the cracked concrete such as peeling, loose honeycomb and corrosion, and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
• Mixing ratio: While adding water to the 15% water-material ratio, stir the JTB Polymer Repair Mortar at a slow speed for about three minutes to ensure thorough and uniform mixing.
Construction: Use a trowel to firmly press the well-mixed JTB Polymer Repair Mortar onto the repair surface. Generally, the thickness of the repair layer should not exceed 30mm, and each application should not exceed 10mm. Proceed with the upper layer construction after the surface layer is dry.
• Reference dosage: 1.5-1.6 tons per cubic meter
• Curing: After the repair is completed, the exposed mortar surface should be subjected to wet curing in the shade for 7 days (refer to the concrete curing system), and then switch to dry curing for 21 days, which can reach the designed strength.
Packaging specification: Kraft paper-plastic film bags, 50 kg ± 1 kg per bag; 25 kg ± 1 kg per bag.
Storage: Keep in a dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Shelf life: 6 months.
Wear a dust mask, safety goggles, and protective gloves during application;
In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water. Seek medical treatment promptly if symptoms are severe.
