JTB Polymer Strengthening Mortar offers high compressive strength, good plastering workability, and reliable resistance to corrosion and aging. Its mechanical properties are comparable to those of concrete, providing good freeze-thaw resistance and long-term durability.
• Good plastering workability
• High strength
• High temperature & corrosion resistance
• Aging resistance & durability
• Eco-friendly
• Plastering for concrete structure reinforcement; stainless steel strand mesh strengthening
• Repair of honeycombs, voids, and exposed rebar on concrete surfaces
• Surface preparation: Remove the milk skin and loose parts on the concrete surface to expose the solid base layer, and remove sand particles, dust, grease and other debris on the surface. Fully moisten the base layer.
• Proportioning and stirring: Calculate the water consumption at approximately 18% to 20% of the powder weight. Use a low-speed stirring device to stir for 3 to 5 minutes, let it stand for 2 to 3 minutes, and then stir again. Each batch of ingredients should be used up within 30 minutes to 1 hour.
• Construction: According to the construction requirements of the project, use a trowel to apply the prepared slurry to the area to be repaired. During application, press it firmly while smoothing it out. It can be put into use 3 to 14 days after completion.
• Reference dosage: 1600kg/m ³
• Maintenance: Cover with plastic sheeting and maintain moist curing for 7 days.
JTB Polymer Strengthening Mortar is ready-to-use upon mixing. Once it sets, it cannot be re-mixed with water for use. During the operation, ensure your safety by wearing personal protective equipment to avoid splashing the material onto your eyes or skin. After the reinforcement is completed, perform appropriate maintenance treatment, such as covering with plastic film or straw mats, to keep the wall moist so that the cement mortar can harden properly.
Packaging Specification: Kraft paper‑plastic film bags, 25 kg ± 1 kg per bag.
Storage Conditions: Store in a dry, well‑ventilated area away from direct sunlight; keep moisture‑proof and waterproof.
Shelf Life: 6 months.
Transportation: The product can be transported as general cargo.
Wear a dust mask, safety goggles, and protective gloves during application.
In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water. Seek medical treatment promptly if symptoms are severe.
