CFRP Carbon Fiber Fabric technology uses a specialized structural adhesive to bond carbon fiber fabric to the concrete surface, forming a composite structure. Through collaborative action between the CFRP and the concrete, the structural member is strengthened and its mechanical performance is improved. This reinforcement method effectively enhances structural behavior by reducing deformation, lowering existing structural stress, and reducing cracks.
• High unidirectional tensile strength
• Lightweight and high-speed installation
• Shortened project cycles
• High modulus of elasticity
• Consistent and stable performance
• Good chemical and corrosion resistance
• Versatile application
• Buildings: Strengthening of beams, columns, and floor slabs.
• Bridges: Retrofitting of bridge decks, piers, and piles.
• Infrastructure: Reinforcement of tunnels, chimneys, and culverts.
• Marine & Coastal: Protection and repair of structures in corrosive environments.
• Cross-Industry: Residential, industrial, municipal, and power projects.
• When reinforcing under bending, the direction of the fibers should be consistent with the force direction of the reinforcement.
• When conducting shear reinforcement and seismic reinforcement, the fiber direction should be perpendicular to the axial direction of the component.
• When reinforced by bending and shear, the strength grade of concrete should not be lower than C15.
• When using closed-bond carbon fiber to reinforce concrete columns, the strength grade of the concrete should not be lower than C10.
• The effect of carbon fiber reinforcement mainly depends on the fiber bonding process and should be carried out by a professional construction team.
CFRP Carbon Fiber Fabric is electrically conductive. Keep it away from electrical equipment and power sources during storage and construction, and take reliable protective measures.
Avoid bending the carbon fiber fabric during storage, transportation and construction.
The matched resin for carbon fiber fabric shall be stored in sealed containers, kept away from fire sources, direct sunlight and high‑temperature areas.
Ensure good ventilation at the site where resin is mixed and applied.
Wear a dust mask, safety goggles, and protective gloves during application.
In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water. Seek medical treatment promptly if symptoms are severe.
