JTB Carbon Fiber Impregnation Resin is a two-component epoxy adhesive specifically designed for carbon fiber fabric reinforcement. It features precise mixing ratio, strong penetrating ability, and high bonding strength, significantly enhancing the load-bearing capacity, crack resistance, and durability of concrete and steel structures.
• High penetration
• Ultra-strong bonding
• Reliable mechanical performance
• Stable and durable
• Easy application
• Safe and environmentally friendly
• Concrete structure strengthening: flexural, shear, and compressive reinforcement of beams, slabs, columns, walls, and crack-repaired areas
• Steel structure reinforcement: corrosion protection, bonding with carbon fiber fabrics, or composite strengthening with concrete
• Other substrate reinforcement: strengthening of stone, timber, and other structures; interface bonding of various components
• Clean and sand the surface of the base material to be reinforced, repair cracks and ensure it is dry.
• Apply 0.3-0.5mm Carbon Fiber Impregnation Resin evenly on the base material surface, lay the carbon fiber fabric and press to remove air bubbles.
• After the first layer of glue is preliminarily cured, apply another 0.2-0.3mm Carbon Fiber Impregnation Resin on the surface of the carbon fiber fabric to completely cover the fibers.
• Cure at room temperature (25℃) for 24 hours to achieve the basic strength, and 72 hours to reach the design strength. In low-temperature environments, thermal insulation measures should be taken.
• Packaging Specifications: The products are packaged in iron drums or plastic drums. The common specifications are 50kg per drum and 20kg per drum (other specifications can be provided according to customer requirements).
• Storage Conditions: Store in a sealed manner in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight and keeping away from fire sources and heat sources.
• Shelf Life: Unopened products have a shelf life of 12 months. After opening, please use up the product as soon as possible. Unused materials need to be stored in a sealed manner.
The product contains chemical ingredients that can irritate the eyes and skin. Please wear the necessary protective gear during construction. In case of accidental eye contact, flush immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention promptly.

Setting a 40-tonne compressor on its foundation looks simple until you measure the gap: typically 25 to 80 millimetres between the underside of the steel baseplate and the top of the concrete. That gap carries the entire operating load, plus vibration, thermal movement and occas...
READ MOREA base plate sits 25 mm above a concrete foundation, and every tonne that presses, vibrates, or torques the equipment above it will pass through that gap. Fill it with ordinary mortar and the mix dries, shrinks, and pulls away from the steel. Leave it as-cast concrete and the co...
READ MOREA concrete patch usually fails where the new material meets the old one. Unmodified cement-sand mortars shrink as they dry, bond weakly to the prepared substrate, and open a hairline gap that admits water and chlorides — the very corrosion cycle you were trying to stop. Polymer-...
