• Surface preparation: Before construction, remove dust, grease, and loose parts from the base surface to ensure that the base surface is clean, tidy, solid and flat.
• Proportioning and mixing: Weigh the JTB Rapid Repair Mortar for Airport Runways & Bridges and 12% of its weight in water, and thoroughly mix them evenly. The mixing time is approximately 3 minutes.
• Construction: Evenly apply the well-mixed JTB Rapid Repair Mortar for Airport Runways & Bridges on the base that needs to be repaired. Roughen and carve a pattern for anti-slip treatment of the base. Traffic will be able to operate within two hours.
• Maintenance: After construction, cover and maintain with plastic film or sprinkle water on the surface for maintenance.
