JTB Eco-Friendly High-Strength Non-Shrink Grout, referred to as "grout," is the general term for all grouting products. It is a high-performance material mixed from high-strength cement, aggregates, admixtures, and special materials.
• Early & high strength
• Slight expansion
• High self-flow
• Anti-segregation
• Crack resistant
• High durability
• Secondary grouting for equipment foundations
• Anchor bolts & rebar embedding
• Concrete structure repair & reinforcement
• Beam & column section enlargement reinforcement
• Grouting Material preparation: Weigh out Jintongbao Eco-Friendly High-Strength Non-Shrink Grouting Material and add water at 12% of its weight.
• Thorough Mixing: Mechanical mixing is recommended. Add water and mix thoroughly for approximately 3 minutes.
• Application: Grouting shall be carried out from one side or from multiple points on two adjacent sides until the material overflows from the opposite side, so as to facilitate air venting during the grouting process. Grouting from all four sides simultaneously is not permitted. Once grouting has commenced, it must be carried out continuously without interruption, and the grouting time shall be shortened as much as possible. Vibration is strictly prohibited during the grouting process. If necessary, a grouting booster may be used to push the grouting material along the bottom of the grout layer. Pushing from the middle or top of the grout layer is strictly prohibited, so as to ensure the homogeneity of the grout layer.
• Curing: Within 30 minutes after completion of grouting, the surface shall be immediately covered with wet straw mats or rock wool blankets and kept moist. For winter construction, the curing measures shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current Code for Construction and Acceptance of Reinforced Concrete Engineering (GB50204).
• Reference Consumption: 2.28–2.4 tonnes/m³
Packaging specification: 50 kilograms ± 1 kilogram per bag.
Storage: Store in a well-ventilated and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Shelf life: 6 months. If it exceeds the shelf life, it should be re-inspected and found qualified before use.
Wear a dust mask, safety goggles, and protective gloves during application;
In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water. Seek medical treatment promptly if symptoms are severe.
