JTB Underwater Non-Dispersive Grout, also known as underwater non-dispersible special grout, is a powdered grouting material compounded from water-soluble polymer compounds, surface active substances, and other components. It offers strong anti-dispersion properties and good flowability.
• Reliable anti-dispersion in water
• High flowability
• Non-polluting to water
• Self-leveling & self-compacting
• Waterproof & corrosion resistant
• Underwater leveling & filling for caissons, cofferdams, box caissons, riprap, and RC slabs
• Large-diameter bored piles, docks, dams, reservoirs repair
• Waterproofing & impact reinforcement for drainage slabs, underwater caps, seawalls, slopes
• Pile sealing & leak plugging, underwater projects difficult for ordinary concrete
• Formwork/Shuttering: The area to be grouted shall be supported with formwork. The top of the formwork shall be at least 20 cm higher than the water surface, and it must be ensured that the water inside the formwork remains static.
• Mixing Ratio and Procedure: Weigh out Jintongbao Underwater Non-Dispersive Grout and add water at 12% of its weight. Mix thoroughly until uniform; mixing time is approximately 3 minutes.
• Grouting: Pour the uniformly mixed Jintongbao Underwater Non-Dispersive Grout into the formwork. Tap the formwork sides appropriately as needed. During the grouting process, the water inside the formwork will be continuously displaced and discharged as the grout is poured in, until grouting is complete and all excess water is expelled.
• Electric vibrating rods are strictly prohibited.
• Strictly follow the water‑cement ratio of 12%‑13%.
Packaging specification: Kraft paper woven bag, 50 kg per bag.
Storage: Protect from moisture during transportation and storage.
Shelf life: Generally 6 months. The product may still be used if kept dry.
Wear a dust mask, safety goggles, and protective gloves during application;
In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water. Seek medical treatment promptly if symptoms are severe.
