JTB Gravity Grouting Mortar is a self-leveling filling mortar composed of high-quality cement, selected aggregates, imported polymer compounds, and additives. It can be poured quickly and automatically through gravity, accelerating construction progress.
• Early & high strength
• High self-flow
• Self-compacting
• Suitable for winter construction
• Slight expansion
• High durability
• Reinforcement & strengthening of concrete beam-column interfaces;
• Grouting for machinery bases & anchor bolts;
• Repair, strengthening & reinforcement of beams, slabs, columns, foundations, floors & roads;
• Embedding construction joints in subways, tunnels & underground works;
• Secondary grouting for fixing steel structures (rails, frames, columns) to foundations
• Surface preparation: Clean the grouting area by removing surface dust, grease, and loose material. Thoroughly pre-wet the concrete surface in advance.
• Formwork/Shuttering: Erect the formwork and seal the joints with cement (sand) mortar or plastic tape to ensure no water leakage or grout seepage.
Mixing Ratio and Procedure: Add water at 13–15% of the weight of Jintongbao Gravity Grouting Mortar and mix. (Mechanical mixing: 2–3 minutes; manual mixing: at least 5 minutes.)
• Application: Pour the uniformly mixed Jintongbao Gravity Grouting Mortar into the grouting area from one direction. Use bamboo strips or steel rods to guide the flow if necessary. Moderate vibration or gentle tapping of the formwork is permitted.
• Curing: Immediately after initial setting, apply curing agent by spraying, or cover with plastic film and then overlay with straw mats or quilts. Maintain moist curing for 7 days.
• Usage Temperature: -10°C to 40°C. The addition of any admixtures or additives to the grouting material is strictly prohibited.
Reference Consumption: Calculate the actual usage based on 2.2–2.4 tonnes per cubic metre.
Packaging specification: Bagged product, 50 ± 0.5 kg per bag.
Storage: Store in a ventilated, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Shelf life: 6 months. Beyond the shelf life, the product may be used after re-inspection confirms compliance.
The product contains chemical ingredients that can irritate the eyes and skin. Please wear the necessary protective gear during construction. In case of accidental eye contact, flush immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention promptly.

Setting a 40-tonne compressor on its foundation looks simple until you measure the gap: typically 25 to 80 millimetres between the underside of the steel baseplate and the top of the concrete. That gap carries the entire operating load, plus vibration, thermal movement and occas...
READ MOREA base plate sits 25 mm above a concrete foundation, and every tonne that presses, vibrates, or torques the equipment above it will pass through that gap. Fill it with ordinary mortar and the mix dries, shrinks, and pulls away from the steel. Leave it as-cast concrete and the co...
READ MOREA concrete patch usually fails where the new material meets the old one. Unmodified cement-sand mortars shrink as they dry, bond weakly to the prepared substrate, and open a hairline gap that admits water and chlorides — the very corrosion cycle you were trying to stop. Polymer-...
