JTB Wind Turbine Foundation Grout C100 is a grouting material based on high-quality specialty cement and compounded with a variety of inorganic and organic functional materials. Its performance indicators meet the technical requirements for large-scale equipment foundation installation.
• Easy to pump;
• High flowability;
• Early & high strength;
• Slight expansion;
• Non-segregating & non-bleeding
• Secondary grouting for large equipment foundations (e.g., wind turbines) & anchor bolts
• Repair & reinforcement of corroded equipment foundations; wind turbine special grout
• Explosion-proof & seismic structures; heavy machinery foundation installation & strengthening
• Surface preparation: Roughen the base surface that needs grouting to remove dust, oil stains and other dirt that are not conducive to bonding. Pre-wet the base surface before grouting. Wet the base surface with water until it is saturated, but no standing water should be left during construction.
• Mixing Ratio and Procedure: Weigh out Jintongbao Wind Turbine Foundation Grout and water at a water-to-powder ratio of 0.12:1. Mix the water and powder thoroughly until uniform. Mechanical mixing is recommended. Each batch of mixed material must be used promptly.
• Grouting: During the grouting process, pour from multiple points on one side or from two adjacent sides to facilitate air venting and ensure full compaction. Due to the good self-leveling properties of Jintongbao Wind Turbine Foundation Grout, it can fill all gaps without the need for vibration, significantly improving construction efficiency.
• Curing: Immediately upon completion of grouting, apply a curing agent by spraying, or cover with plastic film and overlay with straw bags or rock wool blankets. Water the surface as soon as it appears dry. The curing period shall be 3–7 days.
Packaging specification: Packed in composite bags, each bag contains 25 kg.
Storage: Protect from moisture and direct sunlight during transportation and storage.
Shelf life: 6 months under the above conditions. Beyond this period, the product may still be used after passing inspection.
The product contains chemical ingredients that can irritate the eyes and skin. Please wear the necessary protective gear during construction. In case of accidental eye contact, flush immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention promptly.
