The JTB Bridge Bearing Grout is used to fill gaps between the bridge bearing and the pier and abutments, forming a solid grout layer that ensures the stability and safety of the bridge bearing. The performance indicators meet the technical requirements of the "Interim Technical Conditions for Pot Rubber Bearings of Passenger Dedicated Line Bridges" - "Interim Technical Conditions for Cylindrical Steel Bearings of Passenger Dedicated Line Bridges".
• High flowability, non-segregating, non-bleeding
• Early & high strength, high compressive strength
• Non-shrink, slight expansion
• Applicable under low and sub-zero temperature conditions
• High durability
• Self-compacting
• Grouting for columns, piles & rock foundations
• Grouting for rail pads, base slabs & supports in railways, highways, bridges, tunnels
• Surface preparation and Formwork: Scabble the concrete substrate surface or apply Jintongbao Concrete Interface Bonding Agent for surface treatment. Remove rust scale, oil stains, and other debris from the components. Twenty-four hours before placing Jintongbao Bridge Bearing Grout, moisten the concrete substrate surface. No standing water shall be present. Erect formwork tightly to prevent grout leakage.
• Mixing and Construction: Add water at 12% of the weight of Jintongbao Bridge Bearing Grout and mix until uniform. When grouting, pour from one side wherever possible to facilitate the expulsion of air between the base plate and the concrete substrate. Once grouting begins, it must proceed continuously without interruption.
• Curing: Cover the placed Jintongbao Bridge Bearing Grout with wet straw bags or cloth and water-cure 2–6 times per day. Alternatively, apply Jintongbao Curing Compound in a single coat to form a film. Curing temperature shall be above 15°C, and the curing period shall be 7 days. If the site temperature is low, the curing period may be extended accordingly. Formwork removal shall be carried out 24 hours after placement is completed. Curing shall continue after formwork removal.
Packaging specification: Packed in composite bags, each bag contains 50 ± 1 kg or 25 ± 1 kg.
Storage: Protect from moisture and direct sunlight during transportation and storage.
Shelf life: 6 months in unopened condition. The product may be transported as general cargo.
Wear a dust mask, safety goggles, and protective gloves during application;
In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water. Seek medical treatment promptly if symptoms are severe.

Setting a 40-tonne compressor on its foundation looks simple until you measure the gap: typically 25 to 80 millimetres between the underside of the steel baseplate and the top of the concrete. That gap carries the entire operating load, plus vibration, thermal movement and occas...
READ MOREA base plate sits 25 mm above a concrete foundation, and every tonne that presses, vibrates, or torques the equipment above it will pass through that gap. Fill it with ordinary mortar and the mix dries, shrinks, and pulls away from the steel. Leave it as-cast concrete and the co...
READ MOREA concrete patch usually fails where the new material meets the old one. Unmodified cement-sand mortars shrink as they dry, bond weakly to the prepared substrate, and open a hairline gap that admits water and chlorides — the very corrosion cycle you were trying to stop. Polymer-...
