JTB Rebar Coupler Grout is a cement-based, pre-blended dry mix composed of cement, fine aggregates, and specialized concrete admixtures. On site, it requires only the addition of water to produce a self-leveling slurry with excellent flowability.
• High flowability
• Plastic expansion
• Post-setting expansion
• Early & high strength
• Easy application
• Prefabricated residential & industrial housing: connection of columns, shear walls to foundations
• Secondary grouting for large equipment foundations
• Secondary grouting for high-rise steel structure column bases
• Other applications requiring high strength & good flowability
• Surface preparation: Clean the construction surface and remove loose dust, oil stains, etc. from the base surface. Manual or mechanical roughening (or application of interface agent) shall be carried out. All construction surfaces must be solid and free of standing water.
• Grouting preparation: Check whether the grouting holes and exhaust holes are blocked. If they are blocked, they need to be cleared first; connect the grouting pipe and prepare the plug.
• Mixing: Weigh the Rebar Coupler Grout. The weight of water should be 12% of the material. Stir thoroughly for 3 minutes. It is recommended to use mechanical mixing.
• Grouting: Manual or mechanical grouting is adopted. Grouting starts from one end and flows out from the other end, then the grouting port and the air outlet are closed.
• Note: The grouting area must not be disturbed within 24 hours after grouting. Within 3 days after grouting and pressing, the temperature of the beam body and the environment must not be lower than 5℃, and the temperature of the slurry should be between 5℃ and 30℃. Otherwise, measures should be taken to meet the requirements.
Packaging specification: Packed in lined plastic film kraft paper bags, net weight 25 kg per bag or 50 kg per bag.
Storage: Store in a dry and well-ventilated indoor area.
Shelf life: 6 months under the above conditions. If it exceeds the storage period, it should be inspected and found qualified before use.
The product contains chemical ingredients that can irritate the eyes and skin. Please wear the necessary protective gear during construction. In case of accidental eye contact, flush immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention promptly.
