JTB High-Strength Ultra-Flow Grout is formulated with high-strength materials as aggregates and cement as a binder, supplemented with high fluidity, micro-expansion and anti-segregation materials.
• Early & high strength
• Slight expansion
• High flowability
• Non-shrink
• High bonding strength
• High durability
• Repair of aged or damaged structures
• Reinforcement of foundations, fill layers, reinforcing concealed structures, and installing vibration-damping and sound-insulating layers.
• Surface preparation: Before construction, remove any loose dust, grease, and debris from the substrate surface to ensure it is clean, sound, and level. Thoroughly moisten the substrate, but avoid any standing water.
• Mixing Ratio and Procedure: Weigh out Jintongbao High-Strength Ultra-Flow Grout and add water at 12% of its weight. Mix for approximately 3 minutes. Mechanical blending is recommended to achieve a thorough blend, mixing until uniform.
• Application: Pour the Jintongbao High-Strength Ultra-Flow Grout from one side. Use a bamboo rod to poke and compact the material if necessary. After initial setting, cure by covering with plastic film or by water spraying.
Packaging specification: 25 kilograms ± 1 kilogram per bag.
Storage: Store in a well-ventilated and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Shelf life: 6 months. If it exceeds the shelf life, it should be re-inspected and found qualified before use.
Wear a dust mask, safety goggles, and protective gloves during application;
In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water. Seek medical treatment promptly if symptoms are severe.

Setting a 40-tonne compressor on its foundation looks simple until you measure the gap: typically 25 to 80 millimetres between the underside of the steel baseplate and the top of the concrete. That gap carries the entire operating load, plus vibration, thermal movement and occas...
READ MOREA base plate sits 25 mm above a concrete foundation, and every tonne that presses, vibrates, or torques the equipment above it will pass through that gap. Fill it with ordinary mortar and the mix dries, shrinks, and pulls away from the steel. Leave it as-cast concrete and the co...
READ MOREA concrete patch usually fails where the new material meets the old one. Unmodified cement-sand mortars shrink as they dry, bond weakly to the prepared substrate, and open a hairline gap that admits water and chlorides — the very corrosion cycle you were trying to stop. Polymer-...
