JTB Geopolymer Grout, also referred to as geopolymer injection grout, is a high-strength polymer-based material offering high toughness, low permeability, good durability, and reliable flowability. It is ideally suited for applications such as underground cavity filling, foundation collapse repair, void remediation, and structural injection grouting. In addition, it serves as a fast, trenchless, micro-invasive injection solution for highway grade and pavement base reinforcement.
• Reliable flowability & high Strength
• Reliable durability
• Full early strength, slight expansion
• High filling capacity
• Strong concrete bond
• Void filling and grouting for underground cavities and tunnels
• Repair of road subsidence and foundation collapse
• Subgrade void grouting and stabilization
• Ground improvement and foundation reinforcement
• Surface preparation: Before construction, thoroughly clean the loose dust, grease and loose substances on the base surface to ensure that the base surface is clean, tidy, solid and flat. Check whether the grouting equipment is intact and undamaged. After ensuring that there are no errors, proceed to the next step.
• Drilling: According to the design requirements, use a drilling rig to drill holes at the locations where grouting is needed. The depth and diameter of the drilled holes must comply with the design requirements.
• Grouting pipe setting: Insert the grouting pipe into the drilled hole, ensuring that the grouting pipe reaches the bottom of the hole, and fill an appropriate amount of dry-hard cement mortar around the grouting pipe.
• Grouting: Mix the JTB Geopolymer Grout evenly according to a water-to-material ratio of 28%-30%. Then, use the grouting pump to inject the grouting material into the grouting pipe until it is completely filled.
• Curing: After the grouting is completed, the grouting part should be cured. In general, the curing time should not be less than seven days.
Packaging specification: Packed in bags, 40 kg per bag.
Storage: Store in a sealed container in a cool and dry place.
