JTB-101 Concrete Surface Strengthener is composed of inorganic substances, chemically active materials and complexes. Through effective penetration, it undergoes chemical reactions with the chemical components in concrete and stone structures, solidifying the various components of the concrete into a solid entity and enhancing the surface hardness.
• Enhances concrete surface hardness
• Improves concrete wear resistance
• Increases concrete density
• Increases rebound strength of new & old concrete
• Chemical resistant
• Concrete structures: beams, columns, walls, floors, and precast components;
• Repair for low rebound strength, dusting & sanding concrete surfaces;
• Surface strengthening for high-strength concrete in bridges, tunnels affected by construction or weather conditions
• Surface preparation: Remove floating dust, grease and dirt, and record the first rebound data before construction.
• Stirring: Thoroughly stir the JTB Concrete Surface Strengthener until there is no sediment left. Pour the mixed hardener into a sprayer after mixing.
• Spraying: Spray evenly to wet the concrete surface. After the hardener has fully penetrated the surface, spray repeatedly for 6–8 times at intervals of approximately 30 minutes.
• Test intensity: Test the strength with a rebound hammer 3 days after application. The average increase in compressive strength is 6–8 MPa.

Setting a 40-tonne compressor on its foundation looks simple until you measure the gap: typically 25 to 80 millimetres between the underside of the steel baseplate and the top of the concrete. That gap carries the entire operating load, plus vibration, thermal movement and occas...
READ MOREA base plate sits 25 mm above a concrete foundation, and every tonne that presses, vibrates, or torques the equipment above it will pass through that gap. Fill it with ordinary mortar and the mix dries, shrinks, and pulls away from the steel. Leave it as-cast concrete and the co...
READ MOREA concrete patch usually fails where the new material meets the old one. Unmodified cement-sand mortars shrink as they dry, bond weakly to the prepared substrate, and open a hairline gap that admits water and chlorides — the very corrosion cycle you were trying to stop. Polymer-...
