JTB-201 Concrete Surface Hardener is a water-based inorganic composite liquid with exclusive formula, free of any organic substances. It is developed to improve problems such as dusting, sanding and insufficient strength of various concrete floors.
• Dust & moisture resistant
• Waterproof & stain resistant
• Acid, alkali & oil resistant
• Prevents sanding
• Easy to apply
• Eco-friendly & non-toxic
• Dusting & sanding concrete pavements/floors;
• Dusting & sanding terrazzo floors;
• Dusting & sanding quartz hardwearing floors;
• Dusting & sanding cement self-leveling floors;
• Dusting & sanding cement mortar walls/floors
Substrate preparation: Ensure the substrate is completely dry. Remove dust, sand, gravel, paint, coatings, and other contaminants, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. Application can begin once the surface is dry.
Application: Apply evenly with a roller, working in both horizontal and vertical passes to ensure uniform absorption by the concrete surface. Spray application is also acceptable. Increase the application rate on areas that absorb quickly. Noticeable hardening effect can be observed 24 hours after application.
After application, if no additional surface finishes (such as epoxy floor paint, cement-based self-leveling compound, PVC flooring, etc.) are to be applied, the surface can be put into use once dry.
Packaging Specifications: 20 kg/drum or 50 kg/drum.
Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry and well‑ventilated indoor area; frost‑resistant (can be stored below 0 °C).
Shelf Life: 12 months.
