JTB Concrete Curing Compound is a water-based product formulated with a blend of resin emulsions. It is characterized by favorable film formation properties and permeability. When sprayed or brushed onto freshly set concrete or mortar surfaces, it can form a continuous impermeable film for effective curing.
• Reliable water retention
• Non-toxic & non-flammable
• Eco-friendly
• Enhances concrete surface wear resistance
• Easy application
• Curing of concrete under dry, arid, hot & windy conditions;
• Concrete surface curing for tunnels, bridges, buildings, roads, airport runways, slabs, dams, channels, pipes, chimneys, and cooling towers;
• Surface curing for concrete panels and indoor concrete floors where water curing is difficult
• JTB Concrete Curing Compound can be sprayed when there is no water on the surface of the concrete or mortar that has been leveled and polished (when people walk on the cast-in-place concrete floor or after the film has peeled off).
• It can be sprayed with a simple spray pump (agricultural sprayer or hand pump), 1 to 3 times, until the concrete surface is uniform. It can also be directly rolled with a roller.
• When spraying, it is advisable to keep the nozzle 30CM away from the concrete surface. After spraying, the nozzle, spray pipe, and other equipment should be thoroughly rinsed with clean water to prevent blockage when the equipment is used again.
• It is not suitable for spraying when it rains, but if the maintenance agent is sprayed and it rains, it will not affect the maintenance effect. The film will form within approximately 30 minutes after spraying. When the temperature is low, the film formation time will be extended accordingly. This film can provide long-term maintenance for concrete. After half a year, it will fall off by itself without leaving any stains or marks.

Setting a 40-tonne compressor on its foundation looks simple until you measure the gap: typically 25 to 80 millimetres between the underside of the steel baseplate and the top of the concrete. That gap carries the entire operating load, plus vibration, thermal movement and occas...
READ MOREA base plate sits 25 mm above a concrete foundation, and every tonne that presses, vibrates, or torques the equipment above it will pass through that gap. Fill it with ordinary mortar and the mix dries, shrinks, and pulls away from the steel. Leave it as-cast concrete and the co...
READ MOREA concrete patch usually fails where the new material meets the old one. Unmodified cement-sand mortars shrink as they dry, bond weakly to the prepared substrate, and open a hairline gap that admits water and chlorides — the very corrosion cycle you were trying to stop. Polymer-...
