JTB Prestressed Duct Grout is specifically engineered for post-tensioning tendon duct grouting applications. It exhibits high fluidity, superior compressive strength, and contains no corrosive agents harmful to prestressing steel. The product meets all technical requirements specified in standard JTG/TF 50-2011.
• High flowability & compressive strength
• Reliable durability & aging resistance
• Rapid early strength, slight expansion
• Strong bonding
• Easy to apply
• Grouting for post-tensioned beam ducts, ground anchor systems, diaphragm wall seepage stops, and curtain grouting
• Equipment foundation grouting, beam-column joints, emergency repairs, and floor anchor grouting
• Void grouting for high-strength prestressed concrete elements; road & bridge strengthening
• Reinforcement for precast floor slabs, bridge pre-installed joints, and other structural strengthening
• Cleaning: Before construction, flush the channels with pressurized water to remove debris and accumulated water from the beam channels.
• Proportioning and mixing: In the JTB Prestressed Duct Grout, add 28% water in proportion and stir thoroughly for approximately 3 minutes.
• Construction: Before grouting, the grouting pump should be started first to allow a small amount of slurry to be discharged from the grouting nozzle, so as to remove the air, water and thin slurry in the grouting pipeline. When grouting, follow the grouting sequence from bottom to top. Grouting for the same pipeline should be carried out continuously and completed at one time. The time from the stirring of the slurry to its injection into the beam body should be less than 40 minutes.
• Note: The filling degree of the grouting should reach the point where the other end of the channel is full and the cement slurry with the same flow rate as specified is discharged from the exhaust hole. After closing the slurry outlet, a pressure stabilization period of no less than 0.5MPa should be maintained, and the duration of this pressure stabilization period is preferably 3 to 5 minutes.
Packaging specification: Packed in kraft paper woven bags, net weight 40 kg ± 1 kg per bag.
Storage: Store in a dry and well-ventilated indoor area.
Shelf life: 6 months.
The product contains chemical ingredients that can irritate the eyes and skin. Please wear the necessary protective gear during construction. In case of accidental eye contact, flush immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention promptly.
