JTB Polymer Cement Waterproof Mortar is a powder product uniformly blended from high-quality cement, quartz sand, imported polymer powder, and a variety of functional additives and admixtures.
• Waterproof, crack & impact resistant
• Reliable high/low temperature & alkali resistance
• Enhances cement mortar bonding
• Customizable formulations
• Eco-friendly
• Exterior walls of buildings, kitchens, bathrooms, balconies, roofs, window perimeters,through-wall pipes & floors, ports, docks, roads & bridges, tanks, water towers, and civil buildings general waterproofing applications
• Surface preparation: The surface of the base layer should be smooth and clean, free of floating dust, grease, dirt and weathered substances, etc. There should be no phenomena such as sanding, hollowing, or cracking. Before construction, it should be rinsed with high-pressure water and kept in a moist state, but there must be no standing water.
• Proportioning and mixing: The water addition should be 18% to 20% of the weight of the JTB polymer cement waterproof mortar. It can be prepared in advance according to the usage. The mixer should be used to stir until the water and materials are fully mixed. Stir until no dry powder remains and the video state is reached.
• Construction: Evenly apply the adhesive slurry on the base layer. The thickness of each application should be between 3mm and 15mm. The reference usage of 3 mm thickness per square meter is 4.5 kg. The initial setting time is 4 hours and the final setting time is 5 to 6 hours.
• Reference dosage: 1.5-2.0KG per square meter.
• Maintenance: After the initial setting of the construction surface, water (spray) maintenance is required. For horizontal ground, it should also be covered with damp gunny bags, etc. Maintenance should be carried out in an environment of 5-40℃.
Packaging specification: Kraft paper-plastic film bags, 25 kg ± 1 kg per bag.
Storage: Store in a well-ventilated and dry place above 5℃, away from direct sunlight. In winter, prevent freezing.
Wear a dust mask, safety goggles, and protective gloves during application.
In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water. Seek medical treatment promptly if symptoms are severe.

Setting a 40-tonne compressor on its foundation looks simple until you measure the gap: typically 25 to 80 millimetres between the underside of the steel baseplate and the top of the concrete. That gap carries the entire operating load, plus vibration, thermal movement and occas...
READ MOREA base plate sits 25 mm above a concrete foundation, and every tonne that presses, vibrates, or torques the equipment above it will pass through that gap. Fill it with ordinary mortar and the mix dries, shrinks, and pulls away from the steel. Leave it as-cast concrete and the co...
READ MOREA concrete patch usually fails where the new material meets the old one. Unmodified cement-sand mortars shrink as they dry, bond weakly to the prepared substrate, and open a hairline gap that admits water and chlorides — the very corrosion cycle you were trying to stop. Polymer-...
