JTB Anti-Static Non-Sparking Mortar is a functional concrete material designed to withstand impact without generating sparks. When metal or hard stone objects rub against, strike, or otherwise mechanically interact with this type of concrete, it produces no red-hot sparks or ignitable particles. This property significantly reduces the risk of fire or explosion in environments containing flammable substances.
• Improves Concrete Floor Strength & Wear Resistance
• Non-Sparking Surface
• Long-Lasting Anti-Static Performance
• High Abrasion, Compression & Impact Resistance
• Moisture & Corrosion Resistance
• Easy Application & Short Construction Time
• Flammable and explosive areas such as chemical depots, gas stations, and fuel storage facilities
• Static-sensitive areas such as electronics, textiles, and printing workshops
• Industrial facilities subject to mechanical impact and friction
• Warehouses, logistics centers, flammable goods storage areas, and laboratories
• Surface preparation: Remove dust, grease, and loose parts from the base layer, and rinse it with clean water to fully moisten the base layer, but there must be no standing water.
• Laying conductive pipes: Insert reinforcing bars into the base layer and compact them, then fix and tighten the conductive pipes onto the reinforcing bars to form a grounding grid.
• Proportioning and stirring: Prepare the materials at a water-to-material ratio of 15% to 18%, and use mechanical stirring to ensure thorough and uniform mixing.
• Construction: Evenly spread the well-mixed JTB Anti-Static Non-Sparking Mortar on the base layer, and smooth it out with a scraper to ensure a flat surface without hollowing or cracking.
• Compaction: Start the disc machine and compact and level the laid cement mortar to ensure a tight bond with the base surface. After the initial setting, it can be cured for about 7 days.
Packaging specification: Packed in composite kraft paper bags, 25 kg per bag.
Storage: Store in a dry and well-ventilated indoor area. Keep the packaging bag sealed. Protect from moisture and freezing.
Shelf life: 6 months.
Wear appropriate protective equipment during application. In case of accidental eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention promptly.
