JTB-505 Fast-Curing Crack Sealant is characterized by high hardness, rapid curing speed, and strong bond strength. It adheres easily to a variety of substrates, including concrete, stone, and steel plate. This product complies with standard GB50367-2006.

• Surface preparation: Remove surface sand particles, dust, grease and other debris to ensure the base surface is clean and tidy.
• Mixing and proportioning: Mix 3 parts Component A with 1 part Component B and stir thoroughly until uniform.
• Construction: Just apply the well-mixed JTB-505 Fast-Curing Crack Sealant to the crack that needs to be treated.
The surface of the bonding material should be clean, dry and free from looseness, oil stains and other phenomena.
When the product is placed in a fire, it undergoes a violent reaction that releases carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide. The amount of curing agent may be appropriately increased or decreased according to the actual need to control the rate of cure.
When mixing the ingredients, use them immediately after preparation. Do not mix all the materials A and B at once.
If not used in one sitting, the lid must be tightly closed after use for subsequent use.

Storage Conditions: Keep sealed and store in a cool place.
Shelf Life: 12 months.
Wear a dust mask, safety goggles, and protective gloves during application.
