JTB-501 Epoxy Injection Resin is widely applicable to address cracks in concrete slab bridges. It can also be used for grout reinforcement in a variety of conditions, such as mortar, concrete and voids in brickwork panels.
• High strength
• High toughness
• Oxidation resistant
• Corrosion resistant
• Eco-friendly
• Crack repair in concrete structures;
• Waterproofing, corrosion protection, and repair of cracks & delamination in concrete pavements, walls, components, tanks, tunnels, high-speed rail, bridges, and columns
• Surface preparation: Clean the dust on the surface of the crack, remove loose parts, and ensure it is dry, firm and free of stains.
• Fixed base: According to the width of the crack, the injection ports are generally marked at intervals of 10 to 30cm. They should be located at positions where the crack is wider and the opening is more unobstructed. To seal the cracks, use the JTB Fast-Curing Crack Sealant. Stick the base at the pre-marked injection port and apply the JTB Fast-Curing Crack Sealant along the surface of the crack to ensure a tight seal. Do not block the small holes of the base, otherwise it will affect the injection effect.
• Mixing the adhesive: Prepare the JTB-501 Epoxy Injection Resin in a ratio of Component A to Component B = 3:1, and stir thoroughly until evenly mixed. The amount prepared at a time should not be excessive. Use as soon as prepared.
• Injection of glue: Draw the prepared JTB-501 Epoxy Injection Resin into the grouting device, tighten it onto the base, and then release the handle to inject the glue. When the resin is insufficient, it can be replenished repeatedly until it is fully filled.
• Restore the base layer: After the glue injection is completed, install the glue injection plug. Once the JTB-501 Epoxy Injection Resin has solidified, the base and the plug can be removed and the surface can be polished.

Setting a 40-tonne compressor on its foundation looks simple until you measure the gap: typically 25 to 80 millimetres between the underside of the steel baseplate and the top of the concrete. That gap carries the entire operating load, plus vibration, thermal movement and occas...
READ MOREA base plate sits 25 mm above a concrete foundation, and every tonne that presses, vibrates, or torques the equipment above it will pass through that gap. Fill it with ordinary mortar and the mix dries, shrinks, and pulls away from the steel. Leave it as-cast concrete and the co...
READ MOREA concrete patch usually fails where the new material meets the old one. Unmodified cement-sand mortars shrink as they dry, bond weakly to the prepared substrate, and open a hairline gap that admits water and chlorides — the very corrosion cycle you were trying to stop. Polymer-...
