JTB- 606 is a complex rheology stabilizer.
Composite type Solid content (%): 98%
Active substance content (%): 45%
This product acts as a thickener, suspender, thixotropic agent, and water-retaining agent in low-viscosity systems, and has the following characteristics and advantages.
For Production:
Effectively suppresses post-bleeding caused by discontinuous material gradation, large
differences in raw material density, or low activity of cementitious materials.
For Formulation:
No effect on the fluidity of the slurry
No adverse effect on the strength of self-leveling mortar
For Construction:
Improve the water sensitivity of mortar
This product is widely applicable to various fluid mortars and cement concretes, especially suitable for water retention, thickening, and suspension modification of cement-based self-leveling mortar, gypsum self-leveling mortar, grouting material, and pressure grouting material.
The recommended dosage of this product in various systems is 0.10~ 1.0‰ of the cementitious material. The optimal dosage needs to be determined through testing.
This product is packaged in paper bags, 25kg/bag (larger bags can also be provided upon special requirements).
This product is recommended to be stored in an environment of 0~30℃ and used within 12 months, there is a risk of clumping.
