JTB-103/JTB-104/JTB-161/JTB-108/JTB-121 are high-performance powder polycarboxylate superplasticizer (PCE).
It is suitable for cementitious materials such as ordinary Portland cement, sulfoaluminate cement, high aluminate cement, and gypsum. It possesses the following characteristics and advantages.
Production:
The material exhibits good adaptability and stable shelf-life performance.
Formulation:
Limited air entrainment enhances material compactness and mechanical strength.
Construction:
The product sets quickly, eliminating the need for additional water at the job site.
This product can be applied to various dry powder mortars, especially various fluid mortars, such as grouting materials, self-leveling mortars, ceramic molds, aromatherapy plaster, plaster teeth, etc.
The recommended dosage of this product in various systems is 0.10~0.50% of the cementitious material. The optimal dosage needs to be determined through testing.
This product is packaged in paper bags, 25kg/bag (larger bags can also be provided upon special requirements).
This product is generally recommended to be stored in an environment of 0~30℃ and used within 6 months, otherwise there is a risk of clumping.
