This product acts as a thickener, suspender, thixotropic agent, and water-retaining agent in low-viscosity systems, and has the following characteristics and advantages.
Production:
The product helps suppress post-bleeding caused by discontinuous material gradation, significant variations in raw material density, or low reactivity of cementitious materials.
Formulation:
The recommended dosage does not alter the fluidity of the slurry.
This formulation does not compromise the mechanical strength of self-leveling mortar.
Construction:
The material reduces the water sensitivity of the mortar for enhanced durability and stability.
This product is widely applicable to various fluid mortars and cement concretes, especially suitable for water retention, thickening, and suspension modification of cement-based self-leveling mortar, gypsum self-leveling mortar, grouting material, and pressure grouting material.
The recommended dosage of this product in various systems is 0.10~ 1.0‰ of the cementitious material. The optimal dosage needs to be determined through testing.
This product is packaged in paper bags, 25kg/bag (larger bags can also be provided upon special requirements).
This product is recommended to be stored in an environment of 0~30℃ and used within 12 months, there is a risk of clumping.
