JTB Water-Based Mold Release Agent is an environmentally friendly polymer-based release product, meticulously formulated with water-based film-forming polymers and a variety of active additives. Developed to address the common problems associated with conventional release agents, such as surface staining of concrete and formwork corrosion, it delivers stable and reliable performance.

• Apply this product evenly onto the mold to be constructed.
• The film will form in about twenty minutes, with a noticeable effect. It has good isolation properties and is easy to remove the mold.
• After removing the mold, the surface can remain smooth and flat, with intact edges and corners. It can significantly reduce the occurrence of bubbles and surface defects, and make the concrete surface highly smooth, free of impurities and pollution.
Packaging Specifications: Iron drums or plastic drums. Standard sizes are 20 kg/drum and 50 kg/drum. Custom sizes can be offered upon request.
Storage Conditions: Keep sealed and store in a cool, dry and well‑ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight, fire and heat sources.
Shelf Life: 12 months for unopened products. Use promptly after opening and reseal unused material properly.
The product contains chemical ingredients that can irritate the eyes and skin. Please wear the necessary protective gear during construction. In case of accidental eye contact, flush immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention promptly.
