JTB-901/JTB-902 are lithium sulfate-based early strength agent.
This product is suitable for the early strength development of sulfur-alumina cement or high-alumina cement . It has the following characteristics and advantages.
For Production:
• Lower cost and better value for money, with a price significantly lower than lithium carbonate.
• Stable storage, not prone to moisture absorption and clumping
For Formulation:
• More stable strength in later stages: No negative impact on 28-day strength, and may even slightly improve it.
• The coagulation process is relatively mild, and the initial coagulation time can be precisely controlled within 15–60 minutes.
For Construction:
• Ultra-fast hardening, extremely short construction period: initial setting within 30 minutes, foot traffic within 1 hour , and vehicle access or formwork removal within 2 hours.
This product is suitable for fast-hardening mortar systems using sulfur-alumina cement or high-alumina cement as the cementing material, such as bridge bearing mortar, cement-based rapid repair material, and leak-stopping agent.
The recommended dosage of this product in various systems is 0.1 to 0.5‰ of the cementitious material. The optimal dosage needs to be determined through testing.
This product is packaged in paper bags, 2.5 kg /bag (larger bags are also available upon request).
This product is recommended to be stored in an environment of 0~40℃ and used within 12 months, otherwise there is a risk of clumping.
