JTB-302 Interface Bonding Agent is manufactured using imported micro-emulsion technology and contains special components that provide good bonding strength, effectively and permanently resolving the issue of hollow cavities and debonding at new-to-old concrete interfaces.

• Primer for concrete repair & strengthening: for local repairs, beam/column reinforcement, old foundation renovation; enhances adhesion, prevents peeling, degradation & corrosion
• Surface preparation: Remove the loose parts on the surface of the concrete base layer, rinse off the surface dust and dry it. The base layer should be solid, free of cracks, dust and oil stains, and should not have phenomena such as sand shedding and hollowing, so as to ensure good adhesion between the base layer and the interface adhesive and the composite layer.
• Construction: Stir thoroughly before use. After mixing until uniform, apply JTB-302 Interface Bonding Agent evenly onto the substrate surface using a sprayer or roller. The coating shall be thin and uniform. After drying for 10 minutes, but no later than 3 hours, the overlay concrete or repair mortar can be placed. (Highest bond strength is achieved when concrete is placed 60 minutes after application.) Mix only as much material as can be used within approximately 15 minutes. Do not prepare excessive quantities per batch.
Pay strict attention to substrate preparation: This step is critical. It is recommended to grind the substrate to expose sound aggregate and keep the surface dry.
Reference Dosage:
Adhesive solution: approx. 0.2–0.3 kg/㎡ (actual dosage varies with site conditions).
Storage Conditions: Store in a dry and cool area at 5 °C or above.
Shelf Life: 12 months for unopened products.
Wear a dust mask, safety goggles, and protective gloves during application;
In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water. Seek medical treatment promptly if symptoms are severe.
