This product can introduce micron-sized air bubbles, improving the application feel and making it widely applicable in cement and gypsum-based material systems. It possesses the following characteristics and advantages.
For Production:
Product exhibits stable performance and strong adaptability, showing excellent compatibility with adhesive powders, early-strength agents, and retarders.
Produces many bubbles, and the foam is stable and does not easily break down.
Calcium soap has strong dispersing power and strong resistance to hard water.
For Formulation:
Introducing micron-sized bubbles results in low strength loss.
For Construction:
The air-entrained ball bearing effect significantly improves the smoothness of mortar application.
Improves water retention and extends operating time.
This product is suitable for use in plastering, interior and exterior wall putty, thermal insulation mortar, insulation boards, foamed backfill materials, and other fields.
The recommended dosage of this product in various systems is 0.03 to 1‰ of the cementitious material. The optimal dosage needs to be determined through testing.
This product is packaged in paper bags, 25kg/bag (larger bags can also be provided upon special requirements).
This product is recommended to be stored in an environment of 0~40℃ and used within 12 months; there is a risk of clumping.
